Javier Bello Sr. started Taqueria Castillo with his own two hands. When he arrived in San Francisco, there were already a few Mexican taquerias but he wanted to share his version of Mexican cuisine. Along side his family and many years of hard work, he was able to successfully build his reputation as one of the city’s best.
